- Arrive by 4:50 PM for the 5:00 PM departure
- Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Underage participants must be supervised during the cannon-fire show
- Expect a $3 USD or 14,000 COP cash dock fee per person, not included in the listed price and paid to the dock officer before boarding

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are nonrefundable. Reschedule at least 24 hours before start. Bookings within 24 hours of start time are final sale. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, choose an alternate day or a full refund.
