Important details
- Arrive 15–30 minutes before your tour start time for check-in
- Ages 6+ only
- Requires a signed waiver before arrival
- Participant weight and ability to kayak or climb aboard are required for vessel weight and balance
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, water shoes or comfortable shoes, extra clothes, sunblock, and a dry bag
- Do not smoke on the boat or leave equipment unattended
- You are responsible for damage or lost equipment caused by negligence
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a refund. Cancellations made under 48 hours notice are not refunded. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
