Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
FAQs
Arrive at dock "C" 15 minutes before departure. If you’re booked for Tuesday night fireworks, allow 45–60 minutes to find parking and the boat.
If you miss the boat, arrive late, or don’t show up, you’ll be given a gift card for a future trip.
You may bring snacks and drinks in a bag or small cooler for your little ones. The crew also has some items for sale.
