• Operator requirements: age 21+, valid driver's license, and prior hands-on boating experience
• Arrive 15 minutes early; your entire group must attend the safety training
• Sign the rental contract and waiver within 48 hours
• Use a valid credit card; ATM and bank cards are not accepted
• Keep children under 12 in a life jacket at all times
• Keep doors closed while underway and stay inside the boat's fencing while it is moving
• Do not enter the water while the engine is running
• Use the water mat only when secured to the boat with the engine off; it is not a pull-behind toy
• A $100 late-return fee applies and is not included in the listed price
• An excessive-cleaning fee of $40–$80 applies and is not included in the listed price
