- Departure time may vary at the captain’s discretion based on tides, weather and fish movement
- Ocean trips may be shifted to an inshore fishing trip if sea conditions are too rough for safe or comfortable fishing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure for a deposit refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure are charged 50% of the charter; within 48 hours or no-shows are charged 100%. Weather cancellations are at the captain's discretion; deposits are refunded if weather forces cancellation. Rough seas shift ocean trips to inshore fishing.
