- Every attendee, including minors, requires a signed waiver before boarding; a full guest roster is required in advance

- Do not bring alcohol; hard liquor and shots are not allowed onboard
- Do not smoke or vape anywhere on the vessel
- Use only approved eco-friendly décor; balloons, streamers, confetti, and lightweight paper décor are not allowed
- Outside catering requires prior approval
- Expect the route to change or the charter to end early if weather, mechanical concerns, or safety require it
- School groups require 1 adult per 9 children and a roster submitted 14 days before departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 14 days before departure for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. The captain may cancel for weather or unsafe conditions; you may reschedule or receive a refund.

Yes. Every attendee must have a signed passenger waiver on file prior to boarding, including adults and minors. You also need to provide a full guest roster in advance; the vessel cannot sail without all required waivers and roster information.
Arrive 30–40 minutes early. Boarding begins 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure, and the boat departs promptly at the scheduled time.
Late arrival shortens your charter time. The event host decides whether to wait or depart on time.
