Cancellation Policy
Public tours: Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before tour time; full refund if the operator cancels. Private tours: Full refund if you cancel in writing at least 1 month before; partial refund (minus $250 deposit + booking fees) at least 2 weeks before; no refund with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
