Ages 21+ only; valid photo ID required. No outside beverages, smoking, or vaping. Not wheelchair accessible; all guests must complete a waiver. The captain controls music, route, and safety.

No. This is a shared, semi-private party sail pairing multiple celebration groups.
What is the difference between this and the pontoon party boat?

Ticketed and shared sails require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, refund, or reschedule; within 48 hours all sales are final. Private events: cancel up to 14 days before for a refund of the deposit; within 14 days non-refundable; remaining balance due 7 days before. The captain may cancel for weather; you may reschedule or receive a refund.
