Know before you go
- The renter must be at least 21 years old
- The boat operator must provide a photo of their driver’s license on rental day
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a valid boater safety card unless accompanied by a qualifying cardholder; licensed captains are exempt
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- You are responsible for a fuel usage fee; the amount is not stated, so clarify it with Greetwell before booking
- Stay in approved inshore waters; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
- Operating in a prohibited area incurs a $1,000 fee and may lead to additional charges
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch link whenever operating above idle speed
- Complete the waiver and agree to the operating and safety terms
- Early returns do not receive a refund or credit for daily rentals
- You may hire an independent licensed captain, whose fee is paid separately; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before standard rentals and 72 hours before holiday rentals. No refund for cancellations within these windows. Full refund if the operator cannot launch due to a National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory.

Yes. You may bring alcoholic beverages, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
Bring plenty of water, sun-protective clothing, non-slip footwear, towels, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a change of dry clothes, and a portable phone charger. A cooler and waterproof bag for valuables are also recommended.
