Know before you go
- The renter must be 21 or older
- The boat is rented without a captain; you may hire an independent U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain separately
- Provide a driver’s license for the boat operator on the rental day
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a valid Florida boater safety card, unless accompanied by a qualified cardholder; licensed captains are exempt
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- Pay a fuel usage fee in addition to the listed rental price; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Operate only in approved inshore areas; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
- A $1,000 fee applies for operating in prohibited areas and additional charges may apply
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch lanyard when operating above idle speed
- Regular delivery to Laishley Park Boat Ramp is included; private waterfront home delivery is available only for multi-day rentals for an additional $75
- No refund or credit is provided for early returns on daily rentals
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start for standard reservations and 72 hours before start for holiday reservations. No refund for cancellations within these windows. Full refund if the operator cannot launch due to a National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory.
FAQs
You may bring food, drinks, coolers, and fishing rods. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
Operate only in approved inshore areas, including Charlotte Harbor, the Peace and Myakka rivers, Harbour Heights, Burnt Store Marina, Placida, Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa Island, Cabbage Key Island, and northern Pine Island near Bokeelia.
Return or arrange collection of your boat rental by 5 p.m. on the final rental day, unless other arrangements have been made.
