Important details
- Renters must be age 21 or older
- Boat operators need a photo driver's license on the rental day
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need an approved boater safety card; licensed captains are exempt
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- A fuel usage fee applies and is not included in the listed price; the boat starts with a full tank
- Operate only in approved inshore areas; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
- A $1,000 fee applies for operating in a prohibited area, with possible additional charges
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch link whenever operating above idle speed
- A waiver is required before operating the boat
- Daily rentals returned early do not receive a refund or credit
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before standard rentals or 72 hours before holiday rentals. No refund for cancellations within these windows. Receive a full refund if the National Weather Service issues a Small Craft Advisory and the boat cannot launch.

You may bring food, drinks, coolers, and fishing rods. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
Operate only in approved inshore areas, including Charlotte Harbor, the Peace and Myakka rivers, Harbour Heights, Burnt Store Marina, Placida, Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa Island, Cabbage Key Island, and northern Pine Island near Bokeelia.
Return or arrange collection of your boat rental by 5 p.m. on the final rental day, unless other arrangements have been made.
