- A legal guardian must sign the waiver for underage passengers
- Arriving intoxicated means you cannot board
- Follow captain and crew instructions and all U.S. Coast Guard alcohol and behavior rules
- Inappropriate behavior may end the tour and result in a $1,000 late, damage, or violation fee
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund or rescheduling. Later cancellations, same-day bookings, no-shows, and personal emergencies are non-refundable. Same-day bookings are also non-refundable if you arrive under the influence, late, or without valid government photo ID.
