Important details
- Complete the waiver before arriving
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Allow extra time for park entry on weekends during peak hours, when waits can exceed 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Return equipment to the same shoreline where you launched
- Expect a late-return fee of $10 per 15 minutes, not included in the listed price
- Keep personal belongings with you, as on-site storage is unavailable
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. In inclement weather, receive a digital gift card for the full purchase amount, valid at any RMP location and expiring two seasons after issuance. No-call/no-shows are not refunded. Reservations unclaimed 30 minutes after the scheduled start time are forfeited.
