Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before departure for a refund minus a 10% fee. Cancel 7–14 days before: 50% is nonrefundable; a refund minus 10% is available only if rebooked. Less than 7 days or arriving over 1 hour late: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels for weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or captain unavailability.
