- Captain service is charged directly at $100 per hour Monday through Thursday and $125 per hour Friday through Sunday
- Expect the captain to determine whether conditions are safe and charterable; small craft advisories, high winds, large waves, and severe storms may prevent departure
- Understand that light rain, brief passing storms, and cooler temperatures are considered charterable

FAQs
Your Chicago boat charter is limited to the vessel’s rated capacity or 12 passengers, whichever is lower. The captain and crew do not count toward the 12-passenger limit.
Bring a valid photo ID and, if you are the charterer, the credit card used for booking.
Wear a life jacket when entering or exiting the Chicago River. Do not jump off or move between the bow and stern while underway.
