Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.

- All participants must be 21 or older and legally eligible to attend
- Bring the alcohol and ice needed for your selected drinks
- Secure any permits or licenses required by your event location; proof may be required before the class begins
- Designate one primary contact for the event
- Expect additional fees for locations more than 30 miles from the city center
- A credit card processing fee applies in addition to the listed price; the amount is not specified
- Expect additional charges for extra guests, added services, late starts, or instructor parking above $15
- Add edible rimming glitter-sugar for an additional $20 per 20 drinks using the same color
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 30+ days' notice; 50% refund with 11–29 days' notice. No refund with 10 days or less. A 24-hour booking grace period allows a full refund except for bookings made fewer than 30 days ahead. A $200 fee applies to booking time changes within 7 days.
