Full refund if you cancel 14 days before the booking date. 50% refund if you cancel 13–5 days before the booking date. No refunds if you cancel within less than 4 days of the scheduled charter. If weather is unsafe, they will work with you to reschedule.

You pay the captain directly, and the captain’s fee is an extra charge—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
The team will assess conditions on the day of your charter. If weather is unsafe (for example, heavy storms, waves forecasted over 4 feet, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, or strong winds), they will work with you to reschedule to a future date. Light rain and passing storms are typically considered safe.
