Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; arrive 45 minutes early for special events and peak-time sails
- Sails operate rain or shine, and the captain may postpone departure for up to 15 minutes during passing inclement weather
- A credit-card processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. This is a rain-or-shine event. If the tour is cancelled, you may exchange your ticket for another day. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
FAQs
Sails depart daily at 7pm. Beginning September 3, choose a 5pm Sunset Skyline Sail or a 7pm Late Summer Twilight Sail.
Trip protection lets you cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled sail for a refund minus the trip protection and associated fees. It also applies if Tall Ship Windy cancels your sail, including because of weather. It is not necessary for VIP tickets.
