Important details

• Requires the physical ability to board and ride the train, use onboard facilities and interact with other riders.
• Travel is not permitted after close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the preceding 14 days, or after a COVID-19 diagnosis until public health isolation-ending criteria are met.
• Travel is not permitted with fever or chills, cough, breathing difficulty, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
• Military and first responder fares require active or retired status. Bring valid ID to show your eligibility.
• Pets are permitted only in the caboose and must be harmless and pose no threat to others. Trained service animals accompanying people with disabilities are permitted in all passenger areas; keep them under your control at all times.
• Any medical treatment you receive is at your expense and is not included in the listed price. Participation authorizes outside medical assistance if needed.
• Follow applicable federal, state and local travel restrictions, including mask requirements. Your temperature may be checked before boarding.
• Smoking and electronic smoking devices are prohibited on trains and in stations. Marijuana use and transport are prohibited. Smoke on a station platform only when the crew announces a permitted stop, and remain beside the train ready to reboard.
• Follow crew instructions and posted safety signs. Unsafe or unruly conduct may result in removal from the train.
• Use caution when walking between cars. While the train is moving, do not move between the caboose and other cars or stand outside on platforms.
• Participation grants permission for your image, voice and recordings to be used in media and advertising without compensation or further approval.
• Disputes are subject to individual binding arbitration rather than a judge, jury or class action.
• Firearms are prohibited as carry-on items. For checked transport, unload them and secure them in a locked, hard-sided container with Transportation Security Administration-approved locks. Follow Georgia and federal firearms transport laws.
• Declare any firearms to the agent handling checked luggage at least 15 minutes before travel.
