The crew here clearly knows how to create memorable experiences for families with young kids. The Pirate Cruise gets tons of love for its engaging captain and interactive elements like water cannon battles, treasure hunts, and limbo contests. Parents and grandparents consistently mention how the staff connects with children, and many have returned to try different offerings like the Lobster Eco Tour and Ice Cream Cruise. Captain Noah and the team get called out by name for being personable, informative, and genuinely entertaining. A few hiccups pop up worth noting. Weather cancellations happen, though one family felt the communication could have been better when their cruise was called off. Another guest had trouble with a dietary accommodation that didn't come through as promised, despite advance coordination. Parking can apparently be tricky during busy times. Still, the overwhelmingly positive feedback suggests most visitors have a blast, especially those with kids roughly ages 4-10 who seem to be the sweet spot for maximum enjoyment.
