- Tandem kayaks are standard. Solo kayaks are used for odd-numbered parties or paddlers over 250 lbs.
- Tour times and launch locations may change due to weather, wind or unforeseen circumstances
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booked tour time. The group cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours: no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals or no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run in ordinary rain. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, rescheduling or a raincheck. Weather cutoffs after launch: no refund or raincheck.

Yes, parking at the launch is free. There are no restrooms on site, so plan ahead.
You'll receive a text and email before launch if wind or storms require a location change, time change or cancellation. If you don't receive an update, your kayak tour is on as scheduled.
Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet on your night paddle, and bring a towel. Leave valuables and anything that can't get wet in your car.
