Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. At 24–72 hours, no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run in ordinary rain. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refunds for safety-related time/location changes or weather-shortened tours.

Parking is free in the Overlook Park lot. There are no restrooms on site, so use a restroom before you arrive.
You'll receive a text and email before launch if the time or location changes or the tour is canceled. If you receive no update, your tour is on as scheduled.
Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet, and bring a towel. Leave valuables and anything that can't get wet in your car.
