- Tour times and launch locations may change due to weather, wind or unforeseen circumstances.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booked tour time. The group cannot wait; late arrivals are marked as no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund; 24–72 hours before, no refund but one reschedule or raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund, reschedule or raincheck. Tours run in ordinary rain. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refunds for safety-related time/location changes or tours cut short by weather.

Parking is free in the bridge parking lot. There are no restrooms on site, so use a restroom before arriving.
You'll receive a text and email before launch if weather changes your tour time or launch location, or causes a cancellation. If you don't receive an update, your tour is on as scheduled.
Bring a towel for after your paddle. Leave valuables and anything that can't get wet in your car.
