- Weight limits: 425 lbs combined for two paddlers; 300 lbs for a single paddler.
- Kayaks seat two people. Solo use is limited to odd-numbered groups or paddlers weighing over 250 lbs.
- You're responsible for any paddler under 18 accompanying you.
- Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet.
- The launch location or departure time may change because of weather, wind or unforeseen circumstances.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. The group cannot wait; late arrivals or arrival at the wrong launch count as a no-show.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours: no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals or no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run in ordinary rain. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refund or raincheck if weather cuts a launched tour short.

Parking is free. There are no restrooms at the kayak launch, so plan a restroom stop before you arrive.
You'll receive a text and email before launch if weather or wind changes your night tour's launch location or departure time, or causes a cancellation. If you don't receive an update, your tour is on as scheduled.
Bring drinking water for your paddle. A towel and dry clothes are recommended for afterward. Leave valuables and anything that can't get wet or could sink in your car, including non-waterproof phones and cameras.
