- Tandem kayaks are standard. Solo kayaks are available only for odd-numbered groups or paddlers over 250 lbs.
- You are responsible for any paddler under 18 accompanying you.
- Tour times and launch locations may change due to weather, wind or unforeseen circumstances.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour for the mandatory safety talk. The group cannot wait, and late arrivals are treated as no-shows.

Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. 24–72 hours: no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals or no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, rescheduling or raincheck. No refunds for safety-related time/location changes or weather-shortened tours.
