- Total kayak capacity is 275 lbs
- Each adult age 18+ must electronically sign a waiver before arrival
- Use only Tupperware, Rubbermaid, or thermos containers; paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins, and paper towels are not allowed
- A $10 KP Hole Park entry fee per person is not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage to rental equipment; the card on file may be charged for repair or replacement costs
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows, and launches cannot wait
- A $15 relaunch fee applies if you arrive late and equipment is still available. A $5 fee per equipment applies for every 15 minutes late past your return time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of booking for a full refund or another date. No refunds apply outside that period. Bad weather during your rental does not qualify for a refund or reschedule. If weather forces a reschedule, receive a raincheck credit for another day and time as weather permits.

Choose guaranteed parking at Rainbow River Country Club for $20 per vehicle, including a shuttle to and from KP Hole Park; try for free but limited parking at KP Hole Park; or, if you are a homeowners association member, park at the private beach in Rainbow Springs.
