- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching photo ID in the same name
- Travelers under 18 must fit into a life jacket and weigh at least 30 lbs
- Clear kayaks have a 400 lb limit per boat and a 250 lb limit per rider
- Leave shoes out of clear kayaks
- Use non-oil-based sunscreen only
- Leave disposable items, including water bottles and snack containers, off the river
Cancellation Policy
Make changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before start. Later cancellations are charged $10 per vessel. No-shows are not refunded. Receive a full refund or raincheck if the operator cancels due to weather.
