- Arrive 40 minutes before your reservation for the mandatory shuttle pickup
- Sign the required waiver before arriving
- Ages 6+ only
- No pets allowed
- Weight limit: 250 lbs for a single kayak and 375 lbs for a tandem kayak
- Present the credit card used for your reservation and matching valid physical photo ID at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before your reservation for a full refund. No refunds due to weather once the activity has started. If the operator determines weather is unsafe before the activity starts, receive a full refund, rebooking, or gift card. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged. A same-day moved reservation incurs a $100 per boat charge.
