Important details
- Vessel-specific age restrictions and weight limits apply. Not meeting these requirements may result in forfeiting your tour.
- Trained service animals must remain safely seated and under control throughout the experience.
- Silver Springs State Park admission of $2 per person and a launch fee of $4 per kayak or paddleboard are not included in the listed price.
- Complete and sign a waiver before entering a vessel. You cannot go onto the water without a signed waiver.
- If you're under 16, wear your life vest throughout the tour.
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Later cancellations and same-day bookings are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, and remain nonrefundable. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or unforeseen conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. No-shows receive no refund or rescheduling.
