Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start; check-in opens 45 minutes before departure and closes 10 minutes before
- Ages 6+ only; ages 6–12 must paddle in the same kayak as an accompanying adult who joins the excursion
- Sign a Release of Liability form if you are not a minor
- Weight limit 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined for two people
- Not suitable for mobility impairments, wheelchair users, pregnancy, back problems, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions
- Do not participate if showing signs of drug or alcohol intoxication
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity, no later than 9:00 AM the day prior. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund.
