Important details
- Adults ages 18+ only
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for check-in
- Complete a signed digital waiver before departure
- Finalize the charter guest list before departure
- Groups of 7 or 8 require the primary renter and captain to complete a Bareboat Agreement together at the dock before departure
- Fuel is not included for groups of 7 or 8 and costs $35 per hour
- Swimming requires comfort around water and general good health
- Follow captain instructions. Illegal substances, open flames, public sexual activity, and commercial photography without prior approval are not permitted
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrival may reduce charter time

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 calendar days before departure for a full refund. Reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other operator-initiated circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.
