- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Drivers must be at least 16 and carry a valid physical driver's license
- Passengers must be at least 36 inches tall
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older
- Combined rider weight per ATV cannot exceed 450 lbs
- Wear a helmet, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a secure full-coverage top
- Complete a waiver before participating

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
