Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Drivers must be at least 16 and hold a valid physical driver’s license
- Passengers must be at least 36 inches tall
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and helmets are required for minors
- Combined rider weight is limited to 450 lbs per ATV
- Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants; swimsuits, loose clothing, and unsafe attire are not allowed
- Complete a waiver before participating; minors must be included with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult
- Bring valid photo ID and the payment method used for the reservation, as they may be requested at check-in
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for back, neck, or heart conditions; riding involves uneven terrain

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available when you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded or rescheduled. Full refunds are available if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
