Important details
- Ages 13+ only. Ages 13–15 require a parent on the ride. For ages 16–17, a parent must be present to sign the waiver and take responsibility for the bike's condition upon return.
- Rider weight must be under 250 lbs.
- Proficient bicycle-riding skills, good balance and coordination are required to control a heavier, faster e-bike.
- The route includes city streets with and without bike lanes. Requires confidence sharing the road with vehicles and making turns across traffic. Traffic can be heavier in summer and on weekends.
- Not recommended if you have balance issues, back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- If you are the paying or responsible member of your party, bring a government-issued ID and a major credit card for check-in.
- Parking is not included in the listed price. If you use a city parking lot, you'll pay at the kiosk; rates vary from $2 to $8 per hour by location and seasonal demand, with paid hours daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. Free street parking is available a few blocks away.
- Sign a waiver and wear a helmet during the ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for later cancellations or if you cannot safely operate the e-bike on arrival. Tours require at least 2 riders and may be canceled for insufficient riders or inclement weather.

Yes, younger children can join the tour using an optional child seat or trailer. Child seats are limited to 40 lbs. Trailers carry two children up to 50 lbs each, with a combined limit of 100 lbs. These rentals cost extra.

Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes for your ride. Bring water, sunglasses and sunscreen. Bring a light jacket below 70°F, or a warm jacket and gloves at 60°F or below.
