Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.

- Bring the alcohol and ice needed for your class
- Obtain any permits or licenses required by your event site; proof may be required before the class begins
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Events more than 30 miles from the San Antonio city center may incur additional fees not included in the listed price
- Additional charges may apply for instructor parking above $15, added guests, late starts, or extra services
- Photos taken during the event may be used for marketing purposes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before the event for a full refund. Cancel at least 10 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, except last-minute bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 rescheduling fee applies to time changes within 7 days of the event.
