Important details

• Children ages 0–2 enter free. Child tickets cover ages 3–12; adult tickets apply to ages 13+. Anyone under 18 requires an accompanying parent or guardian with a paid ticket.
• Bring ID matching the name on at least one ticket in your party. Entry will be refused if no one has matching ID.
• Most installations are designed for accessibility. Using the ball pit requires entering and exiting independently.
• Pets are not allowed. Service animals with valid identification are permitted.
• Follow the one-way route through the exhibit; you cannot return to rooms you have passed. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue.
• Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit. Fold and store your stroller in the lobby.
• Wear a shirt and shoes throughout your visit. Revealing clothing and clothing displaying obscene, sexual, violent, racist, discriminatory, or political language or graphics are not permitted. Visible tattoos with similar content may result in refused entry or removal.
• Do not bring outside food or drinks, bottles, firecrackers, lasers, dangerous materials, or items that could disturb others.
• Take photos for personal use only. Commercial photography, commercial video, and live broadcasting are prohibited.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
