Visitors consistently describe their dolphin encounters here as once-in-a-lifetime experiences that become trip highlights. The staff earns praise for being knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the animals in their care. What really stands out is the facility's animal-first approach – the dolphins' comfort takes priority over guest entertainment, and reviewers appreciate seeing how healthy, happy, and well-socialized the animals appear. The rescue and rehabilitation mission adds meaningful purpose to each visit. The experience includes an educational facility tour and interaction time that guests find both fun and informative. Several reviews mention receiving hundreds of complimentary professional photos, which is a nice touch for preserving memories. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with options ranging from dockside experiences suitable for young children to full swim programs in deeper water. Staff members go above and beyond (one even dove to retrieve lost sunglasses), and multiple international visitors enthusiastically recommend returning. This appears to be a professionally-run operation where ethical animal care and memorable guest experiences go hand-in-hand.
