Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. No refunds are available within 48 hours. Reschedule or request a wind check until the day before your activity; same-day rescheduling is not available. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
