Important details
- Arrive at the zoo and check in at least 45 minutes before your selected safari ride time
- Arrive at the Safari gate 15 minutes before departure
- Expect safari schedules to change due to weather or customer volume
- Leave pets at home; smoking, vaping, and heels are not allowed
- Accept the liability waiver required for safari participation
- Infants ages 2 and under must sit on an adult's lap during the safari ride
- Bring valid ID at check-in for military admission
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the safari ride are not eligible for a refund. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Arrive 30 minutes before departure or your seats may be forfeited.
