Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee applies 31–40 days before the tour; 50% applies 16–30 days before; no refund applies 0–15 days before. If the operator cancels and alternatives are not accepted, you'll receive a full refund minus bank or service charges.

Captain height must be 5'6"–6'4" (167–193 cm). Stoker height must be 4'10"–6'4" (147–193 cm), and combined rider weight per tandem must not exceed 440 lbs (200 kg).
Captains must be at least 18. Children under 18 must ride as stokers.
