- Do not take glass containers off the boat at Crab Island; glass cups are not allowed
- Misuse of the onboard toilet may result in repair or replacement costs charged to the card on file

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 30 days' written notice. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full charter amount. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or circumstances preventing safe operation.
