Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund; no refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Reschedule free more than 48 hours before; a $25 fee applies within 48 hours. If the operator cancels due to severe weather or mechanical issues, choose a full refund or reschedule.
