Important details

• You must be over 18 to rent the boat.
• Combined weight limit: 1,800 lbs for passengers and gear.
• The boat operator needs a valid boating safety certificate; passengers do not. A New Jersey certificate is preferred, and equivalent certificates from other states are accepted. A driver's license boating endorsement does not qualify. Bring the certificate to check-in; without a proper certificate, the rental will be denied.
• Bring a valid photo ID.
• A $200 cash damage deposit is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. It is refundable after inspection if the boat is returned in its original condition; some or all may be retained for damage to the boat or equipment.
• Keep the boat south of Buoy 42 and west of Buoy 45. Operating outside this area forfeits your security deposit and prevents future rentals.
• Use the boat for crabbing and fishing only. Towing and watersports are not allowed.
