Riders must be age 12+ (minors must be with a parent or legal guardian), weight limit is 350 lb, and a digital waiver is required before arrival. Food and drinks are not included, and guide gratuity (15–20%) is not included.
Cancellation Policy
All sales final; monetary refunds issued only for Company-initiated safety cancellations. Company may cancel/reschedule due to weather/operational necessity; if a Company-initiated reschedule creates a demonstrable conflict, recovery is limited to a gift card or a full refund. Customer cancellations require 48+ hours notice.
