Cancellation Policy
No refunds for rental activities not used at their scheduled times. Rescheduling requires 2 hours' notice; otherwise, a $20 surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price. Arrive less than 30 minutes late or you will be removed from the reservation and placed as a walk-in customer.
