Important details
- Valid government-issued photo ID required; Texas boating and personal watercraft operating requirements apply
- Complete the required liability waiver before your rental
- Wear the provided personal flotation device and follow all safety instructions
- Operating under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is prohibited
- A $1,000 incidental deposit is held per jet ski and returned immediately after the rental if the watercraft is returned in the same condition
- A $10 cash-only Marina & Park entry fee is due on arrival and is not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage, loss, towing, or recovery costs resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund or booking credit. Within 48 hours, cancellations incur a 30% fee if paid in full; reservation deposits are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside your control, you may receive a partial refund or future credit. Light rain, brief showers, or clouds do not qualify for a refund or credit.
