BIRCH ROOM AT THE LODGE: Breakfast Buffet- Mimosas & Bloody Mary’ Bar! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, pancakes or French toast, fresh Fruit, assorted pastries, coffee and juice.
Trailside Stop #1: Trailside Candy Station- Canned Cocktails and N/A Bev Build your own treat bag!
Guests build their own sweet and salty trail treat bag from a selection of chocolate covered pretzels, gummy candies, M&M’s, wrapped caramels, caramel corn, mini peanut butter cups and mixed nuts.
Trailside Stop #2: Chili Stop- Full Bar Hearty Trailside Chili with Crusty Bread
A rich beef and bean chili served hot with shredded cheddar, scallions, sour cream, and a piece of crusty bread. A vegetarian three-bean chili can be offered as a limited alternate.
Trailside Stop #3: Fireside Sweet Finish – Full Bar Hobo Pies, S’mores & Hot Cocoa
Warm hobo pies prepared over the fire, classic s’mores kits, and hot cocoa served with whipped cream and marshmallows.
