All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reschedulable, with no exceptions. Tours operate rain or shine. If the operator cancels, you'll be offered the choice to reschedule for another available date, receive an e-certificate, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Street parking is available throughout the area, but spaces aren't guaranteed. For a paid garage option, use Webster Garage at 120 W. 17th Street, approximately two blocks from the starting point and directly above the food tour's final stop.
