- Self-driving requires being over age 21.
- Previous boating experience and the skills to operate safely are required. If you arrive without previous boating experience, you forfeit your rental payment.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1989 require a Wisconsin boating license. Bring it to check-in.
- Bring a current driver's license to check-in.
- Present a valid major credit card in the driver's name at check-in. It will be kept on file for damage, lost items, or late fees; these charges are not included in the listed price.
- The person making the reservation is responsible for operating the boat. Party reservations are not allowed.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time to complete paperwork and renter orientation. Your rental time starts at the reserved time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your rental free of charge. Within 7 days, the full amount is charged and issued as credit valid for one year from the canceled reservation date. No-shows forfeit the reservation; late arrivals and early returns receive no refund. If staff cancel for inclement weather on the rental day, you can rebook at no charge or receive a full refund.
