Important details
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a completed Boater Safety Course and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education ID Card
- A $1,200 security deposit is required at pickup and can be held on a credit card or paid in cash
- Expect a 6.5% sales tax and fuel costs, which are not included in the listed price
- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, fuel is charged at $7 per gallon plus a $75 service fee
- Rentals of 2 or more days have a mandatory $200 delivery and orientation fee, not included in the listed price
- Delivery is available only in the Cape Coral area

Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 60 days before the rental. 80% refund 30–60 days before. No refund less than 30 days before. Full refund if canceled due to hurricanes or unexpected events such as boat damage.

The operator will try to provide another boat. If none is available, you will receive a partial refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat needs to be towed back to the docks.
