- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must complete a boating safety course and hold a Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate this boat
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at handover, in cash or as a credit-card hold
- Expect a 6.5% sales tax and fuel costs in addition to the listed price
- Return the boat with a full tank; otherwise, a $7-per-gallon refueling charge plus a $100 service fee applies
- Optional delivery is available only to properties in Cape Coral and carries an additional service fee

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a full refund. Cancel fewer than 60 days before rental for an 80% refund. No refund for cancellations fewer than 30 days before rental. Full refund if the operator cancels due to hurricanes or unforeseen circumstances, such as boat damage.

The operator will try to provide a replacement boat as soon as possible. If none is available, you receive a prorated refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat must be towed back to the docks.
