Know before you go
- Provide the total number of adults and children in your group when booking
- Specify how many children weigh under 40 kilograms so the correct life jackets can be provided
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a boating safety course and hold a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at boat handover by cash or credit-card hold
- Insurance is included with a $1,000 deductible
- Sales tax of 6.5% and fuel costs are additional
- Return the boat fully fueled or pay $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee
- Delivery to a property is available only in Cape Coral for an additional service fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before rental for a 90% refund; less than 60 days for an 80% refund; less than 30 days receives no refund. If another customer takes your booking, receive an 80% refund. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to hurricanes or other unforeseen circumstances, such as boat damage. Weather-related cancellation requests are not accepted.
FAQs
The operator will try to provide a replacement boat as soon as possible. If none is available, you receive a prorated refund. SeaTow towing coverage is included if the boat must be towed back to the docks.
