- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Primary charterer must be age 21 or older; every person counts as a passenger regardless of age
- Groups of 7–13 are bareboat charters and require a separately arranged captain or qualified self-operation
- For groups of 7–13 using a captain from the referral list, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain on arrival and not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a U.S. Coast Guard Master license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before your booking. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Labor Day Weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month of the booking. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations determined by the operator.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter, and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still owe the additional $100 per hour.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and plan to be at the boat 20 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food and drinks, and store them in the onboard cooler or small refrigerator. Avoid glass of any kind, red wine, and overly messy foods.
